Abby Sayler is entering her eighteenth year of dance and has trained and performed under a wide range of teachers and directors throughout her career. Her training includes ballet, jazz, modern, and tap, along with extensive experience in theatre and show choir. While ballet holds a special place in her heart, jazz is her favorite style, especially Luigi technique and the distinct theatricality of Fosse choreography.

In addition to performing, Abby has choreographed for numerous choir, theatre, and dance projects. She has received multiple Best Performer awards throughout her years in show choir and has been recognized for her dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Outside of dance, Abby works as a Registered Behavior Technician and loves supporting the children she works with. She is also a devoted fan of chai and all things Spider Man.

Abby is thrilled to join Strive Dance Company for her first season. Dance has always been a meaningful part of her life, and she is grateful for the opportunity to continue growing as a performer while working alongside a supportive and inspiring community of dancers.
